About Me

I’m a multi-intersectional human (queer, differently-able, second-generation Filipina-American woman born & raised in Vallejo, CA), psychotherapist and Interfaith Reverend - a servant-leader professionally trained at Columbia University’s School of Social Work, spiritually by my filipina-catholic momma, my mentors, and all of my ancestors.
I am grateful to the Gabrielino and Tongva people for hosting me on their land - for this gift, I offer Land Tax to support rematriation of land to the Tongva Taraxat Paxaavxa (pronounced Tar-a-haht pah-hava) Conservancy

I am committed to helping my clients and all of my beloveds in remembering Themselves and who they’ve been all along. Within my time at Columbia, I focused on Contemporary Social Issues from a Spiritual and Group Work approach. I absolutely love and feel a deep sense of honor that I get to do the work I do, I consider it my ministry, and have been a professional in the mental health field for over 18 years working with individuals, groups, and organizations.

My approach is non-heirarchical & collaborative and incorporates my areas of clinical expertise in trauma, grief, and spiritualty and training in neuropsychological & somatic approaches to healing (Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Yoga, & Polyvagal Systems) as well my own ancestral spirituality and my lived experience as a multi-intersectional human. You can see some of my insights featured on mindbodygreen & Forbes. I have facilitated and presented to community organizations like the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles and Search to Involve Pilipino Americans (SIPA) and to private corporations as like Plenty and Motorola.
I am currently in my doctorate of Interfaith ministry program and am exploring practical applications of the beautiful filipinx gift of “Kapwa” (shared inner-self) to help address the epidemic of loneliness that we find
ourselves in.

It’s one thing for me to say “You are not alone nor do you have to go through this alone” it’s a whole other thing for you to get to understand that deep in your bones. I would love to support you in that process of understanding.
